Cokelat Panas :

Bahan-Bahan :
1/2 gelas susu tanpa lemak
1-2 sendok makan gula
1 1/2 sendok makan cokelat masak
1 gelas air mendidih

Cara Mengolah :


1. Campurkan susu, gula dan cokelat dalam sebuah mug atau gelas.
2. Masukkan air mendidih, aduk rata.
3. Hias dengan krim (whipped cream), sesuai selera.
4. Sajikan hangat.

Untuk membuat es pisang ijo yang enak seperti di waralaba justmine atau aladin, anda bisa menggunakan resep di bawah ini. Konon resep pisang ini ditemukan dari makasar. Dan dijamin rasanya akan membuat tubuh ketagihan, silahkan di coba dan rasakan bagaimana dampaknya.
Bahan yang diperlukan untuk membuat Es Pisang Ijo :

• 1/2 tetes pewarna hijau
• 50 g tepung sagu
• 175 g tepung beras, ayak
• 1/2 sdt garam
• 100 ml air daun suji
• 6 buah pisang raja matang
• 300 ml air

Sedangkan untuk buburnya, bahan dari resep ini adalah
Bubur:

• 800 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa parut
• 50 g tepung beras
• 75 g gula pasir
• 1 lembar daun pandan, simpulkan
• 1/4 sdt garam

Bahan Pelengkap untuk resep pisang ijo :

• Es Serut
• 100 ml sirop cocopandan, siap pakai
• 100 ml susu kental manis

CARA MEMBUAT:

1. Campurkan tepung beras, garam, air, air daun suji, dan pewarna hijau, aduk rata. Jerang di atas api kecil hingga mendidih sambil aduk-aduk agar adonan tidak berbutir. Angkat.
2. Masukkan tepung sagu sedikit demi sedikit sambil aduk-aduk hingga kalis. Bagi adonan menjadi 6 bagian. Bulatkan dan tipiskan hingga 1/2 cm.
3. Balut setiap pisang dengan adonan tepung beras hingga semua bagian tertutup rata.
4. Rebus pisang dalam air mendidih hingga mengapung dan adonan matang. Angkat. Tiriskan. Sisihkan.
5. Bubur: Campurkan santan, tepung terigu, gula pasir, daun pandan dan garam, aduk rata. Jerang di atas api sedang sambil aduk-aduk hingga kental. Angkat.
6. Penyajian: Potong-potong pisang ijo. Letakkan di atas piring saji. Tuangkan bubur. Tambahkan es serut, sirop, dan susu kental manis.
7. Sajikan segera.

Es pisang ijo diatas akan menghasilkan 6 porsi dengan kandungan kalori  Kalori per porsi 397. Begitulah resep untuk membuat es yang yami ini. Gampang kan!!! Silahkan anda coba!

Bahan Membuat Jus Campur: 250 g wortel, kupas 350 g daging melon 350 g daging semangka 300 g apel, lumuri air jeruk nipis 2 bh jeruk peras manis (jeruk mandarin), peras
Cara Membuat Jus Campur: Proses semua buah (kecuali jeruk) dalam juicer, haluskan hingga menjadi jus. Tuang dalam wadah, campurkan air jeruk, aduk rata. Simpan dalam lemari es. Sajikan dingin.

berhubung saya termasuk tipe orang yang mudah terserang penyakit,

so, mari sama-sama kita lawan tuh penyakit bersama jus melon..!!! (horeee...)

• 300 gr melon
• 200 ml air matang
• 200 ml sirup melon
• es serut secukupnya
• 200 gr manisan lidah buaya siap beli

Cara Membuat :

- Yang jelas, pertama, melon dikupas dan dipotong kecil-kecil

- masukkan air, sirup melon, es serut dan manisan lidah buaya ke dalam blender.

- terus tambahin susu dan gula ( sesuai selera *_*)

- pencet tombol, dan der.der..der... diblender, deh...

nyok''' kita sajikan dengan hiasan...

Ckckck... jadi haus.. ( jus fanatik )
